As a Digital Analytics Specialist, you will:

  • Promote best practices for digital website optimization
  • Provide strategic and technical direction that will influence data-driven, executive decisions for corporate websites
  • Assess current customer analytics software/technologies and provide recommendations as needed
  • Perform close evaluation to understand customer behavior via implementation of advanced web analytics setups
  • Work with developers and Web Product Manager to ensure successful web analytics implementation and solutions deployment
  • Collaborate with in-house development teams and third-party platform service providers
  • Work with the business to manage conversion rate optimization testing activity
  • Manage web analytics account structure including designated user access
  • Assist users through custom tagging and tracking
  • Own Google Tag Manager strategy and implementations
  • Create functional, operative dashboards for easy access to snapshots of key information
  • Perform user acceptance testing for enhancements and bug fixes
  • Conduct training sessions for cross-functional teams on analytics implementation
  • Support the business as a Drupal CMS (content management system) superuser
  • Assist with advanced content page layouts using the CMS, ensuring SEO, UX and branding guidelines best practices are followed
  • Keep up-to-date with developments in web analytics and provide feedback

What Gets You the Job?

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years’ experience working in an analytics specialist/development role
  • 3+ years’ experience working on web sites and/or digital products
  • Expert-level experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager
  • Highly skilled with JavaScript and the ability to write detailed data layer plans and communicate requirements to developers
  • Prior experience with producing data layer strategies that provide detailed reporting and insights

Compensation: $80,000/Year
