As a CPM Manager, you will:

  • Lead and oversee data system architecture, adjustments, and enhancements
  • Examine and document field planning inputs and usage trends
  • Create and maintain ERP-input and hierarchy status reports
  • that support executive oversight and directives
  • Support stable data architecture around retail customer hierarchy
  • Identify opportunities for system improvements and make recommendations
  • Work with key stakeholders to understand requirements, map out system capabilities and support
  • Work to secure and guarantee data quality, accuracy and stability
  • Support business planning cycle and ensure that systems function to meet requirements
  • Manage ongoing hierarchy monitoring and change process, including status update, on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Oversee and manage data architecture change process
  • Coordinate software development lifecycle with corresponding IT departments
  • Test and validate all foundational structure and software changes
  • Support and level 2/3 technical systems issues as they arise
  • Implement system adjustments and software enhancements with a long-term point of view
  • Manage systems support of team members and contractors as the need arises

What Gets You the Job?

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience supporting or working within a sales environment
  • Firsthand experience with commercial data systems and software
  • Familiarity with business data management platforms for resource planning (i.e. SAP)
  • Strong knowledge of how the ERP cycle relates to business databases, systems, and reporting
  • Prior experience translating business needs into effective, long-term solutions
  • Familiarity with up and downstream impacts and deliverables
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, documentation)
  • Prior experience managing teams with multiple specialties
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in dynamic, mission-critical environment
  • Experience coordinating sales and support functions (finance, IT) is a plus
