As Level 1 Help Desk Support, you will:
- Provide support to users both over the phone and via email/ticketing system
- Assist with issues involving Windows 10, Windows print server, Skype, wi-fi, Exchange (including mobile), Active Directory, and MS Office 365
- Set up workstations, users, and passwords for upwards of 300 to 500 users
- Occasional coverage of early morning shift as needs arise
What Gets You the Job?
- 2+ years’ help desk support experience
- Certification or degree is a plus
- Experience with ticketing systems, TMS, ticketing systems
- Familiarity with support, set up and configuration of wi-fi, DNS, Endpoint Security
- Able to understand VMWare/Citrix related issued for escalation as needed
- Flexibility to occasionally work early morning shift as the need arises
