Job Title: Level 1 Help Desk Support

As Level 1 Help Desk Support, you will:

  • Provide support to users both over the phone and via email/ticketing system
  • Assist with issues involving Windows 10, Windows print server, Skype, wi-fi, Exchange (including mobile), Active Directory, and MS Office 365
  • Set up workstations, users, and passwords for upwards of 300 to 500 users
  • Occasional coverage of early morning shift as needs arise

What Gets You the Job?

  • 2+ years’ help desk support experience
  • Certification or degree is a plus
  • Experience with ticketing systems, TMS, ticketing systems
  • Familiarity with support, set up and configuration of wi-fi, DNS, Endpoint Security
  • Able to understand VMWare/Citrix related issued for escalation as needed
  • Flexibility to occasionally work early morning shift as the need arises

Compensation: $25/Hour
