Job Title: Help Desk/Systems Admin
Our client, a well-respected consulting company focusing on internal litigation, is looking for a Help Desk/Systems Administrator with a broad range of skills. 50% of the role is help desk, requiring strong communication, end user support, and the ability to handle simple tasks, from resetting a password to providing white glove service to high-end partners. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate patience in working with different personalities and levels of PC competency.

The other 50% of the role is filled with opportunity: our client is looking for someone to help implement a big refresh of their policy and procedures monitoring and reporting. This will include updating networks, implementing cloud tech and security, and implementing protocols.

What Gets You the Job?

  • Our client’s tech stack is Windows 10, O365, and SQL. As they are implementing security and cloud, it would be very helpful to have prior experience in one or both of these areas, but that is only a plus. As training will be provided as needed.
