Job Title: Manager of Desktop Support / Engineering
Our client is looking for a Manager of Desktop Support / Engineering. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary, bonus, and excellent benefits. You’ll be managing a team of 10 people and have full line management responsibility. The role is broken into three areas of responsibility: user support, end user engineering, and asset management. Hands-on tech experience is not required; leadership is more important. You will handle best practices, coaching and mentoring the team, vendor management, working with executives, deliver communications regarding security, etc.

What Gets You the Job?

  • The tech stack is SCCM, AD, and ServiceNow, especially the change management and incident management modules.
  • Must have 5 years of management experience, hiring, firing, performance reviews.
  • Should have the ability to work in a fast-paced sometimes chaotic environment.
