Job Title: Sr. Desktop Support Analyst/Jr. Systems Administrator
Our client, a well-respected private equity firm, is looking for someone with a broad range of technical skills to perform support and administration duties. In this role, you will report to the Manager of Information Technology in a broad range of duties from simple tasks such as resetting a password to providing white-glove service to key employees. Successful candidates will be able to troubleshoot problems with minimal supervision, demonstrate resourcefulness, and patiently deal with varying personalities and levels of PC competency.

What Gets You the Job?

Must vast technology stack knowledge – experience and/or exposure to several of these areas will be helpful: Windows, iOS, Active Directory, Exchange, O365, Office 2019, SonicWall Firewalls and VPN, Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks, mobile devices management, Bloomberg, CapIQ, etc.
