Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst -

We are looking for a Senior Desktop Support/Help Desk Analyst for a growing investment firm in Downtown Los Angeles, (90017). Our client is in the hedge fund industry and has been in business for over 20 years.

Who are you?

  • You are a passionate IT Support (desktop/help desk) analyst who has at least four years of prior experience.
  • You love providing white-glove service to Senior Executives and working across all levels too.
  • You enjoy working on projects, they have several upgrade projects on the horizon
  • Extensive knowledge of both iPhones and iPads, as well as how they interface with Windows,
  • Extensive experience with Active Directory is helpful.
  • A degree is a plus as are certifications
  • Some of the technologies you will get to work with are: Apple products (MDM), Windows, Active Directory, O365, SCCM, and general application. Networking: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wireless
