What Gets You the Job?
- 3+ years’ general banking operations experience and commensurate loan documentation experience (real estate documentation in particular)
- Prior experience working at a large institution with a large number of loans at any given time
- Experience with initiating and preparing loan documentation packages including checklists, approval and entity documents
- Excellent follow up and follow through with multiple parties regarding discrepancies or missing documents
- Extensive auditing experience pre-boarding audits of pending loan files, verification of documents, waiver reports, credit approval, etc.
- Experience working with external vendors including title companies, escrow, legal counsel, etc.
