Lead Salesforce Developer
Our client is looking for a Salesforce Developer with deep experience as a power user, developer, and analyst, to support and enhance their Salesforce instance, including external systems and third-party integrations. Here, you will work with various departments, vendors, and team members to ensure successful Salesforce.com releases and improve business processes. In addition to a strong technical aptitude and a passion for increased productivity, this role requires excellent prioritization, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

As our Salesforce Developer, you will:

  • Actively work with a large and diverse user group to gather business requirements and request feedback for tool enhancements
  • Develop and maintain declarative automations such as Workflow, Process Builder and Flow
  • Provide support for users within the organization and monitor cross-departmental issues
  • Collaborate with team members to provide data quality including the use of Dataloader/Excel for management and cleansing
  • Assist in creating process, integration, and use case documentation for departments that use the Salesforce platform
  • Develop new functionality within Salesforce.com including custom objects, custom fields, formulas, workflows, processes and flows, page layouts, validation rules, assignment rules, and analytics
  • Participate in creating specification documents for new functionality or enhancements to existing functionality
  • Assist the support team in debugging production environment
  • Effectively manage and prioritize support requests and user administrative needs

What Gets You the Job?

  • 3+ years’ experience with technical implementation, daily operations, and long-term Salesforce maintenance
  • Strong experience developing with APEX
  • Salesforce System Administrator Certification
  • Experience interfacing with product managers, functional leaders, organizational units, subject matter experts, external vendors and partners on enhancing business processes
  • Prior SFDC administration experience including user roles, security, profiles, fields/relationships, workflow rules, processes and flows, page layouts, validation rules, email templates, custom buttons
  • Familiarity with SFDC functionalities including custom objects, validation rules, workflows, assignment rules, formula fields, custom reporting, and modifying pages, views, and dashboards
  • Exemplary leadership skills and interpersonal ability to treat all employees, customers and vendors impartially and respectfully
  • Ability to encourage and motivate colleagues to perform to their fullest potential
  • Clear and concise communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Stellar problem-solving, analytical and critical-thinking skills
