Job Description

Application Support Supervisor
Our client is looking for an Application Support Supervisor to join their team! In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the main enterprise business system, a custom-built proprietary application suite that includes B2B and backend functionals including payroll and invoicing.

What You Will Do

  • Hands-on supervisor of three level-2 support analysts.
  • Monitor production issues and outages
  • Proactively monitor system for potential problems and trends that could lead to system improvements.
  • Collaborate with business users and technical teams on all system issues.

What Gets You the Job?

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant application support experience
  • Minimum 2 years of direct management/leadership experience
  • Full understanding of the SDLC and heavy experience with Jira. ZenDesk experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
