What You Will Do
  • Management, support, administration, and maintenance of both in-house and enterprise applications with a focus on the global CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics CRM)
  • Creating global dashboards, views and reports in CRM
  • Design, manipulate and retrieve CRM data using SQL Query
  • Work directly with CRM Business Analysts to design CRM solutions to fulfill business requirements
  • Install, test, and configure changes approved by the Change Control Board
  • Assist in determining if development work can be handled internally or sent out to a 3rd party CRM consulting vendor
  • Monitor and respond quickly to incident and service requests received through the company self-service portal as well as those routed to the Application Support team
  • Provide backup support to the Application Support team (i.e. troubleshooting, incident resolution for various dashboards and portals including banking software)
  • Utilize and maintain the helpdesk tracking system, ensuring accurate and complete logging of all incidents/service requests
  • Bug documentation/reporting and ticket escalation
  • Document internal procedures, troubleshooting steps and known issues for the ERP system
  • Communicate project status including tasks, iterations, and milestones
  • Remediate audit findings as assigned
What Gets You the Job?
  • 3+ years’ strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Microsoft Certified Professional
  • Experience within the financial industry is highly desirable
  • Expert experience with SQL Query
  • Experience supporting Enterprise Applications and databases in a VMware environment
  • Exposure to ITIL Service Management
  • Working knowledge of a broad range of desktop based hardware and software and basic networking concepts
  • Solid experience with core operating systems and applications
  • The ability to work with project teams and other infrastructure teams to deliver quality solutions in a fast-paced environment, with adherence to deadlines/timeliness
  • Strong project management and customer service skills
  • Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as needed
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal/technical and non-technical) with the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment
  • Occasional after hours and weekend availability, with some international travel
  • Minimum Associates degree (Computer Science) or equivalent technical institution certificate
