As a Lead IT Program Lead of Web API Integrations, you will:

  • Lead and support key integration projects in the full lifecycle, from inception to go-live
  • Assure all engagements are structured according to corporate project management framework
  • Plan and document meetings, conduct project planning sessions, and seek sign off at each stage of the engagement
  • Provide oversight and visibility to risks, and effectively manage deployments for smooth transition between phases
  • Work to identify technical solutions for various integration scenarios
  • Work closely with staff to ensure proper risk management and issue resolution
  • Communicate with regional IT Program Managers, senior executives and other managers across various departments (Sales, Product, Business Support, etc.)
  • Liaise between sales and IT, and between business and customers
  • Provide technical support to external client development teams
  • Provide prompt reporting and documentation to project stakeholders
  • Provide support, training, and documentation as required
  • Travel to customer sites as needed

What Gets You the Job?

  • Experience working with web API integrations, MS SQL, and MS Project
  • Business process engineering and management knowledge
  • In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle
  • Familiarity with use cases and with documenting business process and workflows
  • Hands-on IT collaboration and consulting experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal)
  • Ability to communicate project status with technical and non-technical personnel
  • Strong reporting and documentation skills

Compensation: $150,000 Per Year
