What You Will Do

  • Design, implement, configure and endure functionality of Identity Management processes, tools, and platforms
  • Closely with System and Business Process Analysts on the Enterprise Identity Management team
  • Understand and interpret IAM requirements, assess and plan techniques for deployment, integration and migration of solutions
  • Understand business implications of IAM workflow and processes to the current environment
  • Analyze business process to identify workflow, requirements, and related solutions
  • Develop security test plans and supporting documentation to ensure system compliance with security directives
  • Create documentation for technical provisioning including requirements and functions
  • Generate and create reports, research and analyze data and report trends to Management
  • Advise operational support personnel and stakeholders
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate IAM products
  • Obtain approval, documentation, testing and training
  • Generate and create reports, research and analyze data and report trends to Management
  • Resolve problems affecting operations across all platforms (i.e. email, files transfer, multimedia, etc.)
  • Monitor/manage IAM project status to preempt any issues that may inhibit project goals
  • Keep current in technologies/processes for evaluation and selection purposes

What Gets You the Job?

  • 5+ years’ experience with highly scalable enterprise software,
  • 3+ years’ experience working with commercial IAM products for an enterprise of 5,000+ employees/identities
  • 2+ years’ operational experience in implementing and maintaining IAM processes and solutions (i.e. Identity and User Account Management platforms)
  • Prior solutions development experience including identity management, user provisioning, SSO, RSO, and WAN
  • Experience with identity directories (LDAP, Active Directory), programming languages, software development methodology
  • Understanding of basic IAM platforms (i.e. FIM, Oracle, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of application security patterns and best practices
  • Prior Microsoft ILM configuration and maintenance
  • Solid communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to gather identity data via SQL and LDAP queries for analysis/troubleshooting purposes
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal) and interpersonal skills (team environment)
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
