Job Title: Service Desk Technician Levels 2 & 3

Our client is looking for two Service Desk Technicians - levels 2 and 3. This is a growing company that loves to promote from within. If you come from strong a Microsoft background and have moved into Open Source, we want to hear from you! This is a growing company that loves to promote from within. 

As a Service Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing phone and email support as well as desktop support. Applications supported include: Windows, Exchange, MS Office, Mac and the Google Suite 

A Bachelor’s degree is not required, but is strongly preferred.
